Your satisfaction is our top priority! Trust that your order is in good hands and on its way to you. Below are a few things to keep in mind when ordering from www.ericagimsondesign.com.

Shipping

We are happy to ship our products free of charge within the continental United States. All orders will be shipped one (1) business day following order placement. Delivery times are estimated between one (1) and five (5) business days depending on your location within the continental United States. We are able to produce and ship the majority of new orders with little to no delays, although we cannot guarantee the speed or efficiency of various mail carrier services due to the unexpected nature of COVID-19.

What if I live outside the United States?

If you live outside the continental United States, contact us at ericagimsondesign@gmail.com to receive a customized shipping cost estimate. Please allow three (3) to four (4) weeks for backordered items. To eliminate waste, all products are made-to-order.

What if I need my order quickly?

Let’s discuss! For rush orders or lead times on one-of-a-kind or hand-dyed pieces, please contact us at ericagimsondesign@gmail.com.

I put the wrong address on my order. Can I redirect my package?

We all make mistakes! As the sender, we are unable to change a delivery address if your order has already shipped. As the recipient, you may be able to change the delivery instructions and address directly on the website of the shipping service (e.g., UPS, FedEx or USPS). If your order hasn’t yet shipped, please let us know the updated address and we will try to make the address change before it ships. Please allow one (1) to two (2) business days to process any such change of address.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at ericagimsondesign@gmail.com. Return your item within 15 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging, making sure to include your receipt so that the item can be repaired, replaced or returned for a full refund. Please note that made-to-order items are non-refundable as they are produced and cut specially for you. We suggest ordering swatches before placing your final order to avoid any confusion. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color and design are expected and embraced. All sale items and items purchased using a discount code during a site-wide sale are final and non-refundable.

Product Care

Our products can be dry cleaned or hand washed with cold water using a bleach- and sulfate-free detergent. More specific care instructions can be found on each product’s listing page and will help guide you in the appropriate care of your item.
